Newly decorated the accommodation includes a very appealing kitchen with room enough for a table for four; a separate front living room; an ante area between those two rooms for a couple of pieces of furniture - which, if you’re downsizing is such useful space - two double bedrooms with the main bedroom having an enviable bank, wall to wall, of wardrobes and double doors opening to an XL size beautiful four piece bathroom. In addition there’s a separate full shower room too for your guest. You will also become part owner of a double garage.

Finally note the hall (own front door remember) also with a range of floor to ceiling storage/wardrobe units.
