This is a fantastic opportunity to own an up and running caravan and camping park with a store, a lucrative pizza side line, a holiday let, and extensive owners accommodation. There is further scope to adapt and versify this business to suit ones personal needs and preferences. There is scope for further holiday let potential STP, further caravan pitches STP or to just adapt what is currently a successfully proven business. The current owners have run the business to suit their own personal needs and lifestyle and therefore have not pushed the site to its full potential, thus creating further scope for a prospective buyer. The current owners are now looking to relocate and retire. Haywood Farm Caravan and Camping is currently being sold as an ongoing concern with future bookings in place.
