Ref. Casa Giuseppe - Casteldaccia - Casa Giuseppe is located in Casteldaccia, a coastal town in northern Sicily between Palermo and Cefalù.
It is a property with ample outdoor space , a very large veranda and a beautiful garden. Of course, you cannot miss the m are in the background.

Casteldaccia has only a few thousand inhabitants but is equipped with all the main essential services supermarkets, bars, restaurants, butcher shops, etc. It is located next to the coastal towns of Santa Flavia and Bagheria and is about 20 km from palermo; nearby are beautiful beaches d points of access to the sea.


The property

The house enjoys a double driveway entrance.
The main gate entrance leads to a large cemented yard.
On the left is the house, while continuing along the yard leads to a further yard where the second pedestrian entrance is located.

The house was built in the 1980s, measures about 120 square meters and has u land of about 1,500 meters,
It consists of a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms (two larger and one smaller) a storage room and a bathroom. The property enjoys large equipped outdoor spaces. Just in front of the house is a large veranda where you can dine and enjoy the spring and summer months in the company of friends and family.
From the veranda there is also access to the rear area of the house where an oven with barbecue has been equipped.
Continuing on there is a beautiful garden with many fruit trees and olive trees.
On the grounds are fig, lemon, tangerine, orange, pear, apple, lotus, pomegranate, loquat, and almond trees. Fresh fruit will always be available to you, and you can experience the feeling of taking a fruit from your own tree and eating it freshly picked.

There are also several olive trees that allow a limited production of olive oil.

The house is hooked up to an aqueduct and has a 12,000-liter cistern.
The heating system is already present in the house but neither radiators nor boiler have been installed.
Two air conditioners are also present.
Hot water is produced by means of an electric boiler.
It would be more than useful and necessary to install on the large roof (totally renovated a few years ago) a photovoltaic system for electricity production and a solar thermal system for hot water production, so as to zero the expenses related to utilities.

Although it is habitable in its current condition, a renovation would be recommended to update the systems and revise the fixtures that currently do not have double glazing.
The outdoor equipped area where there is an oven and barbecue would also deserve an upgrade while the veranda is in perfect condition.

The house has no infiltration of water din any kind, no moisture is present and the structure is absolutely solid. The owners also have ua technical report certifying the soundness of the structure.
On the property there is also a large warehouse where you can stow work or garden tools.
