Although it is habitable in its current condition, a renovation would be recommended to update the systems and revise the fixtures that currently do not have double glazing.
The outdoor equipped area where there is an oven and barbecue would also deserve an upgrade while the veranda is in perfect condition.

The house has no infiltration of water din any kind, no moisture is present and the structure is absolutely solid. The owners also have ua technical report certifying the soundness of the structure.
On the property there is also a large warehouse where you can stow work or garden tools.
