Description
This four-bedroom detached home was built in 2013 and has since been improved by the owners, including a transformation of the rear garden to provide a superb low-maintenance, two-level entertaining space that is also great for children.
With uPVC double glazing, gas central heating (system boiler) and a security alarm, the house provides well presented accommodation throughout, briefly comprising, on the ground floor: hallway with double doors to the kitchen/dining room, which has a bay window to dining area to the front and a French doors out to the rear and includes contemporary white fitted units with integrated appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vented tumble drier, electric oven, microwave and gas hob). There is also an additional free-standing Beko fridge/freezer that could potentially be included. At the end of the hallway is the lounge, which has a contemporary electric fire and inset eye-level TV bracket. To the front of the house is a study and an adjacent W.C., with a small built-in cupboard next to the entrance door.
Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor, where the landing has a cupboard housing the hot water cylinder. Directly ahead from the top of the stairs is the master bedroom, which has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room which was refitted in 2022 with a double-length walk-in shower cubicle with dual-head mains-fed shower and a wash basin and W.C. in vanity unit. There are three further bedrooms - two of which are currently primarily used as dressing rooms - and a family bathroom, which was also refitted in 2022 with a contemporary suite including another dual-head shower over the bath.
Externally, there is a small forecourt garden area and adjacent driveway providing access to the garage, which has an up-and-over door, lights and electric, and has boarding for storage above. To the rear is the impressive garden, which has a spacious decked area immediately out from the kitchen, a wooden summerhouse/bar with lights and electric and a covered barbecue area with external power points. There are steps down to the lower level which has a chipped slate area, a covered hot tub area with raised borders, an artificially turfed lawn and a shed, for storage.
