There is a Welsh dresser and a free standing electric range cooker with propane gas hob. The dining section of the kitchen has a window overlooking the garden. Off the kitchen are a walk-in pantry with a window, and a utility room with wall shelving and base units, a double sink and mixer tap, plumbing for an automatic washing machine and space for a tumble dryer, and a window to the rear.

Completing the ground floor are a double bedroom immediately adjacent family bathroom which has a WC, wash basin, freestanding bath and a fully tiled shower.

On the first floor are four further bedrooms with views over Loch Tummel and the surrounding countryside. Two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and there is a second bathroom with a WC, wash basin and a shower.

One of the bedrooms on this floor is currently being used as a multi-purpose room with a dining table, sink and cooking facilities.
