With a blend of contemporary finishes and historical features, each home is designed for style, comfort, and a connection to the community.

Phase Two: Cherry Tree Row - Not Released. Cherry Tree Row will present nine elegant 3-4 bedroom townhouses, each with private access, a dedicated garden, and allocated parking. These homes will be perfect for families or those seeking a spacious urban retreat with the added convenience of thoughtful, modern finishes. There is also an additional detached house with a roof garden fronting onto Mallory Road.

Hills Barn combines history and modern design seamlessly. The homes feature distinctive architectural elements such as flint walls with stylised brick borders and beautifully designed black framed Crittall-style windows, all centred around a private courtyard with lush planting, perfect for summer days or unwinding with a glass of wine.

Inside, each home at Hills Barn, Hove Dairy offers superior interiors and thoughtful details. Elegant entrances are marked by vintage effect “Venti Classic” tiles, inspired by the grand floors of 19th-century palaces. The bespoke handleless kitchens in “Reed Green” and “Light Grey” by Sussex-based Windmill Projects feature white composite quartz stone worktops, under-cabinet lighting, and branded appliances, including an induction hob. The ground floor showcases tastefully chosen engineered wooden flooring with underfloor heating, while the first floor is finished with neutral carpets and gas radiators, ensuring comfort and style throughout.

Bathrooms are luxurious, featuring sleek subway or large format terrazzo tiles, rainwater shower heads with additional hand attachments, and vanity units for added storage and style. Each home includes modern conveniences like dedicated parking and access to cycle storage. High-quality finishes are evident throughout including multi-locking composite front doors in a wood effect finish. The main bedrooms are spacious, with optional fitted wardrobes providing a touch of sophistication.

Every home at Hove Dairy comes with the peace of mind provided by a 10-year Home Proof warranty. Residents will enjoy the privacy and security of a gated courtyard, while parking facilities add to the convenience. This unique development promises a blend of luxury and practicality in one of Brighton & Hove’s most desirable areas. Hove Dairy is more than just a place to live—it’s a lifestyle. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this highly anticipated development where history meets contemporary living.

History
Originally known as Hills Barn in the 1870s, Hove Dairy served as part of a dairy farm. Over the years, it went through various transformations, becoming part of Preston Farm in 1911 and later evolving into Holes Dairy in the 1920s. Its role as a local dairy continued until the 1960s when Unigate purchased the building, retaining ownership until Dairy Crest acquired their milk delivery business in 1999. This property has been meticulously renovated to showcase its rich history while incorporating modern interiors and comforts.

Hove, with its rich history and vibrant cultural scene, offers numerous properties, but none quite like this. The dairy’s history is palpable in every nook and cranny, providing its inhabitants with a living experience that’s both nostalgic and luxurious. It’s not just a home, but a testament to Hove’s storied past.

Every inch of the dairy has been treated with respect, ensuring that original features like exposed beams, brickwork, and original flint work, become focal points of a beautifully crafted interior.

Location
Located conveniently close to Preston Park (0.6 miles) and Hove Station (0.7 miles), there are trains to London in 63 minutes & 68 minutes respectively.

Hove Park is on your doorstep, covering nearly 40 acres and home to its very own miniature steam railway. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts, Hove Park boasts a dedicated path for walkers & runners and hosts a Park Run each Saturday morning, outdoor gym equipment, football pitches, tennis courts, a basketball court and many other facilities. The park also caters to those looking to enjoy the tranquil setting with a butterfly bank, wildflowers, woodcarvings including a storyteller's chair, the Goldstone (believed to have once been a sacred Druid monument), and The Pavilion Tea House.

Nearby you’ll find Natural Fit Health Club, residing across five floors of a converted church, with beautiful architecture, a swimming pool and a co-working space.
You can cycle to the seafront and Hove Lawns in 7 minutes, and reach Brighton’s Churchill Square Shopping Centre in 15 minutes by car.

For your everyday needs, Waitrose is only a 16 minute walk, with a Tesco express 1 minute away from your home.

Hove benefits from the shopping thoroughfare based on Western Road/Church Road (1.1 miles) and also the mini high street on George Street. Hove is home to some great restaurants, gastro-pubs and independent cafés, with an eclectic mix of independent retailers in the heart of a thriving local community, bringing a combination of charm, quirkiness and sophistication.
