Situation

Victoria Hill Road can be found just to the North- West of the centre of Fleet, it is a quiet location but conveniently located if you like to walk to the shops, coffee houses, restaurants and pubs which are a third of a mile away. If you enjoy sport, then you will find the Hart Leisure centre is about one mile away and if your preference is more directed towards relaxation then The Four Seasons Spa Hotel and restaurant is about 4 miles away in Dogmersfield.
Heading further west from there you will soon come across some lovely villages such as Odiham and Upton Grey where there are some super country lanes for the cyclists amongst you and of course local country pubs.
The area is renowned for its good selection of both state and independent schools including Yateley Manor, Calthorpe Park, St. Nicholas and Lord Wandsworth to name a few. Wellington College in Crowthorne is about 7.5 miles away. Fleet mainline Railway Station is within approximately 1.2 miles and offers direct services to London Waterloo in around 43 minutes and Junction 4a of the M3 is about 3.5 miles distant.
