Those of you with a longer memory may recall the firm ‘Derek Ward and Partners’, who were established in 1960, and at their peak had six offices in Broxbourne, Brookmans Park, Potters Bar, Barnet, Whetstone and Oakleigh Park. Derek Ward is in fact Andrew's father, and therefore the 'Ward' name has become synonymous with Estate Agency over the past 50 years or so, particularly in the Barnet, Potters Bar and Brookmans Park areas.
