Sellers Story - This was our first family home after living above pubs for the last 20 years, we wanted a forever home with the space that we needed, we had viewed lots of properties but were always having to compromise on something.  The minute we walked through the door we just knew it was everything we were looking for, it was warm and homely with character and individuality, it gave us enough bedrooms with versatility downstairs to chop and change it for our needs at the time. As circumstances changed and our family grew, we created additional extended space downstairs with no thought of leaving. We truly love everything about it, the garden is a perfect size and easily maintained, the location is perfect as my husband commutes to work via the A45, it is near great schools for all ages, on the main bus route, near the train station, the doctors and dentist are all within walking distance, local fields and parks, with some great shopping facilities near buy. When you are in the garden it is like you are away from everything and can’t hear a thing. The drive at the front with its double gates are handy if we are out there and the children are playing, and we have got 7 cars on there before. We have so many happy memories here.
 
We love the lounge and master bedroom with the space and natural light it gives us along with the views of the garden, but since creating the new open plan kitchen dinner this is now our favourite place to be, being the hub and heart of our home and focus point of family time. The extra space and light it’s created is lovely. The new family bathroom we designed and took back to brick rearranging everything fills us with pride and now provides a luxurious, relaxing, peaceful environment.
 
Every Christmas we have spent here has been truly beautiful allowing all the family to be together with plenty of space all 22 of us. But our first Christmas here when we moved in was so special,  at that time our oldest daughter was still at home living here with her partner as their own family unit alongside us. Bringing her first born, our first granddaughter home after being born just after Christmas day was wonderful. The versatility and space of our home allowed us to share that moment.  
 
Thinking it was going to be our forever home, we have enjoyed beginning to put our own stamp on parts of the house with time making it even more special and personable to us, the garden over the years has given everyone who has lived here and visited great pleasure with parties, firework displays, first steps, games days and paddling pools. Offering lots of children over the years the chance to have a space to play and feel love and happiness will echo in our memories forever. We will miss our homes character and space the most.

Location - Broad Lane is located ideally for commuters with the A45 Fletchamstead Highway being just a short distance away. Birmingham Airport is approximately 13 minutes drive away. Warwick University and Westwood Business Park are approximately 5 minutes drive.

Local amenities include Sainsburys Supermarket, The Village Hotel Health & Fitness Club plus the Windmill Village Golf & Country Club.

The area hosts a number of local schools including Mount Nod Primary School, Park Hill Primary School, West Coventry Academy, Finham Park 2 and Heart of England.
