Living on East Drive for the past 16 years has been a privilege as the neighbours are so friendly, and there is a good community spirit. We have had street parties in the past, and with the park opposite, it has been great for our kids to burn off energy! Our house has hosted a number of large parties for the children and extended family, plus we enjoy the garden as it has sunny areas most of the day. I could not wish for a better location, as the beach, the centre of town and the hospital are easy to walk to, and it takes me about 20 minutes to walk to the station whilst the Downs are at the top of the hill.
