Our home has been a wonderful place to live for so many years. We raised our children here giving them a great opportunity with the local schools. The community around us is fantastic and very welcoming. We LOVE this house! It's situated in a desirable, non-estate setting on a quiet road in Crowthorne. As you approach the property, you will notice the nice frontage useful for driveway parking and is set back from the road. As you enter there is a warm and inviting feel, with period features and modern upgrades throughout. The front room boasts a lovely fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere and perfect place to relax. Moving towards the back of the home, there is an open-plan dining room and a re-fitted kitchen with built-in appliances. There is also a utility area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, downstairs there is a re-fitted bathroom. Throughout the downstairs, solid wood flooring enhances the cottage’s character.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are good-size doubles, each featuring built-in storage. The third bedroom is a comfortable single, ideal for a child’s room or work-from-home office. One of the cottage’s standout features is its large and mature south-facing garden, which offers a high level of privacy and tranquillity. This outdoor space is perfect for gardening enthusiasts, those who enjoy outdoor dining, or simply relaxing in a peaceful environment.

Hatch Ride is to the village's north side and is ideally situated within walking distance of Hatch Ride Primary School. It is also within easy reach of the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School. Crowthorne is situated between both the M3 and M4 motorways so is ideal for commuters. There is plenty of woodland around including Heath Lake, Pinewood as well as Gorse Wood. This provides a great space for walking and cycling together with Crowthorne Woods, leading into the ever-popular Swinley Forest.
