Ref. PM 3 - VILLA WITH TWO DEPENDANCES, PARK, POOL AND BEACH

In Cannero Riviera, the City of Citrus Fruits, just 11 km from the Swiss border, in a position overlooking the lake, a Villa is for sale immersed in a 12,500 m2 park, rich in extraordinary tree qualities. Hidden in the shade of evergreen trees, a large portico-thinking room, which can accommodate up to 10 people, offers itself for pleasant meetings with friends or for relaxing shade on hot summer days.

On the state road level, there are two large garages and a pedestrian entrance to the property.
