Our Seller say's:
"The second we saw the house we knew it was for us, on a corner location, three car drive, massive back garden backing on to the golf course. Only a fifteen minute walk to the railway station for work, school and supermarket a stroll away. We knew life would be so convenient for our family. Our favourite room has to be the "music" room, a second lounge set up with no TV, comfortable sofas set around a log burning stove with large windows to the back garden. This gives the adults somewhere to be when the kids wanted to watch TV with their pals.
We will miss the back garden. In the summer months we virtually live outdoors, entertaining, super quick pizza in the pizza oven, the BBQ and above all our bar. You could be anywhere on holiday without leaving the house."

The modern adjoining kitchen features sage green cabinetry, an oven, hob, hood and freestanding washing machine, with an adjacent dining area that boasts a window and side door, as well as access to a convenient downstairs shower room. The converted garage, featuring its own storage cupboard, provides a versatile area that could serve as a fourth bedroom, playroom, home office, or additional living space.
French doors from the living room open into a spacious garden room, offering a second living space warmed by a log-burning stove. This cosy room also opens out into the rear garden, an oasis of serenity. Mature trees and shrubs frame the garden, which provides a choice of seating areas, ideal for relaxation or entertaining and is complete with a pizza oven, shed and a quaint garden cabin.
Upstairs, three bedrooms await. Two of these are spacious doubles with fitted mirrored wardrobes, while the third offers a comfortable single.
