Description
3 Rhodyate Lane is a delightful individual bungalow that boasts generous rooms and huge potential. Set behind a pretty lawned front garden you access the property through a handy storm porch which leads directly into a large sitting room with a window to the front elevation and a fireplace to the side. An open arch from the sitting room continues into dining room which then leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is off good size and although could benefit from some modernisation is perfectly functional with a cupboard housing the gas central heating boiler and numerous farmhouse style floor and wall units. There is a large window that looks out over the garden and an additional side window. To the right of the kitchen is a lovely pantry and a rear door to the garden. Within the kitchen is an attractive glazed wall that allows borrowed light from the kitchen to illuminate the dining room.
The property's three bedrooms are all accessed off an inner hallway with a fitted cupboard, all three bedrooms are double in size and the master bedroom measures a very generous 17'0 by nearly 12'0. Bedroom two has a useful fitted wardrobe and enjoys a lovely outlook over the rear garden. The bathroom and cloakroom are separate but adjacent to each other and could therefore easily be combined to create one good sized family bathroom.
The property is blessed with an incredibly tall loft offering huge potential for the creation of extra bedrooms and bathrooms, if desired and of course subject to the necessary consent and permissions.
Outside, the rear garden is fantastically private with mature hedgerow flanking the garden to both sides and the rear, there are a number of mature fruit trees and pretty planted borders. Within the garden is a small single garage, with slightly restricted access to the side of the house, this garage occupies the perfect space for a home office or workshop.
