Description
This well-respected developer doesn't build 'run of the mill', the finished product will be a testament to their ethos which is a desire to create a place to live, a home, not just a house.
The tree-lined cul-de-sac offers ten three-bedroom detached homes, presenting a rare opportunity in today's new build market. Using the latest energy-efficient technology, all units feature air source heat pumps with underfloor and radiator heating whilst full fibre will be installed.
The designs cater to the needs of modern families: master bedrooms are ensuite, kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances, whilst outside, enclosed gardens offering patios and lawns provide the space to enjoy sunny days.
A number of these wonderful homes will have garages, and all have driveway parking with additional spaces available on site.
LOCATION
Set on the edge of Tuckingmill Valley, the Council's original design statement for the area had the following objectives:
- To develop Tuckingmill Valley into a multifunctional strategic park set in a rich natural and historic landscape, which can be enjoyed and understood by all.
- To convert the most visible derelict land site in West Cornwall into an award-winning park.
- To provide an opportunity to bring nature into the center of a community.
- To develop a multi-organizational active partnership in the park centered around a new sustainable eco-building.
The project was initiated by Kerrier District Council and Cornwall County Council in 1997, with major consultation exercises undertaken to refine initial designs, a major feasibility study identified the park as a key element in the area's regeneration.
Community consultation emphasized keeping the park natural, encouraging habitat creation, and fitting development works into this natural environment, the Council's in-house Landscape Architect team designed the park with this approach in mind.
Usage within each area was decided by community engagement and the landscape setting, for example, quiet river walks were separated from the skate and play parks.
This area has become a hidden gem, with walks leading into the favored Tehidy area and the popular seaside village of Portreath within striking distance.
This beautiful development will be launched in September 2024. Please contact the agents to register your interest.
