The downstairs is so bright and spacious and a very sociable house. It is also a great location for a family, with the park, train station and reputable schools nearby.

We love the open plan living area downstairs -and having the extra room downstairs to be able to work from. The sun house in the garden is great for hosting guests when the weather is warm.
Why are you selling?
A house became available in a location we have always desired and it is what we want for our growing family.

Avery Hill Park is right behind the house, down sparrows lane. We are next to a row of shops and The Avery, which is the best cafe in the whole area! New Eltham Station is a 5 minute walk away, as is the High Street.
