    A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

    This was the perfect first house for us and in a great location. We moved just before lockdown and so had the time to really spruce it up and make it ours. We loved the location, and regularly walked to the local shops, restaurants and parks in Urmston. We spent a lot of time in the garden as it gets the sun through the afternoon. The street is very family orientated and we made some really good friends. It's a great place for a couple, a new family, or anyone wanting to be in a lively suburb of Manchester.
