Newark provides access to a wealth of shopping, supermarkets and leisure facilities, as well as extensive schooling, including the independent Highfields School.

The area is well connected, with the A1 just two miles away and a further network of A-roads easily accessible. Mainline rail services are available from Newark (120 minutes to London Kings Cross) and Grantham (70 minutes to London Kings Cross).
