Outside, the property is accessed by a path leading to a side gate and to the front door. There is also a driveway with parking for four vehicles in front of a double garage with power and lighting. The garage also has a fitted work bench. Behind the garage is the oil tank for the central heating and the garden benefits from shrubs and trees. The rear garden has a full width patio area bounded by a low brick wall leading to a lawn area with borders on three sides which are full of flowers and shrubs. In addition, there is a raised seating/patio area at the bottom of the garden.
