From Holsworthy proceed on the main A3072 Hatherleigh road for approximately 4 miles and upon reaching Brandis Corner, turn left signed Shebbear. Follow this road towards Shebbear and upon reaching the village square take the road straight ahead signed Newton St Petrock/Thornbury. Proceed down Pitt Hill and continue for approximately 1.9 miles whereupon the property will be found on the left hand side as you go up the hill.
