There is also full planning permission and building regulation approval for the conversion of the two outbuildings into a studio and utility room and WC.

The Cottage is located in Rogers Row, a terrace of brick and chalk cottages located just a short stroll from the village green in the centre of Burnham Market.

The half glazed front door opens into a nicely proportioned sitting room with laminate wood effect flooring and an open fireplace.

A pedestrian right of way runs behind all of the cottages and this cottage has two of adjacent outbuildings that sit between the pathway and the garden.
