5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think that it’s a great area when it’s compared to shops bars, restaurants, places like that. My apartment has become the central meeting place due to its centralized location in the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is very fast to respond to any issues. If I tell them the night before they’re usually there the next day, depending if any parts are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing specific. The only thing is, I wish there was a storage location on site, because since the flats come furnished some of the furniture, I would like to replace, but nowhere to store it.

1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Was completely mis-led on this property. When doing the viewing I was told all about how it’s working professionals, car park waiting list & community events. It’s mostly filled with students and people who set the alarm off constantly, a car park waiting list where the staff don’t care and offer it to residents they’re friendly with and community events which just involve local people selling stuff in reception.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve raised issues like my fridge making a loud noise all the time and was told that I’m lying and fridges just do that. The heating in the apartment is terrible and not enough to heat very well so it’s cold a lot of the time, I’d recommend if you do live here to buy extra heaters and prepare for large electricity costs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how many students and young, 18/19 year olds lived in the building. They sell it as luxury living but really you just pay for the location. Staff are horrible to each other and members of the public, I’ve had my parcels stolen after staff have signed for them and witnessed them to say the same to other residents who have tried to find them and they often dismiss it saying they don’t care or they can’t check the cctv and have to get the police involved. There’s no common decency from the staff at all. When raising these concerns the manager I spoke to was horrible and condescending so don’t expect any sympathy from them. They want you to sign a tenancy then treat you horribly for the tenancy and then offer a rent increase of £150pcm after the term has ended.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location, amazing dock views, great transport links with bus station and train stations within walking distance. A handful of grocery shops at arms length and a huge range of bars and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always offered a helping hand, with repairs, and maintenance. They offered to help me put my mirror and photo frames up on the wall which is super helpful. Any repairs / issues arisen will be dealt with swiftly and the team are so lovely and chatty.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The community here at the building is great - the events they hold are so lovely and there’s a sense of community around the building. Neighbours and other residents are so lovely and friendly.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on Strand Street near the Albert Dock is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, plus great access to the waterfront. Transport links and walking routes into the city centre are excellent.. Bin collections are usually reliable, and the area is lively rather than quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quickly in few minutes and solve it the same day
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That it has a beautiful gym so that I don’t renew my membership in the gym before joining.

Its a super pet friendly building, and you’ll often see dogs in the lifts on the way for their afternoon/evening walks. Its very well insulated.
