The property is located in a small complex of independent houses, which share only one common entrance with garden and parking. This residence is adjacent to another but does not share walls and is completely independent. On two sides of the residence, northwest and northeast, there is a private space, where you can park a vehicle and make your own flower garden. On the plot of the house we find a big Araucaria as well as a small storage room of about 2 m².

The residence is arranged over two levels. The open-plan ground floor is 29 m² and includes a living space with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. There is an exit to a small veranda that has views to the center of the complex as well as to a covered part of the yard that faces the garden. An internal staircase leads to the 23 m² floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The floor has an exit to a balcony along the two sides, part of which is enclosed with awnings around it. An external staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing and offers spectacular views towards the White Mountains and up to the sea.

The village is quiet and has a mini market and a tavern with delicious traditional food. Chania and the airport are approximately 45 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively. Within 10-15 minutes' drive you will find several beautiful beaches such as Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis. In Vamos, which is about 10 minutes' drive and in Kalyves there are all kinds of shops and services.
