The residence is in a beautiful complex of 18 houses, which share lush flower beds and paths as well as a large common area with a 153 m² swimming pool, a 20 m² children's pool, a grass garden, a built barbecue and large yards. Each residence has a small garden in its exclusive use as well as an allocated parking space.

The house is in a quiet spot on the edge of the complex. Before the main entrance there is a courtyard and a garden in its use. At the back we find a terrace and a second garden with very good privacy. The spaces of the residence are on the ground floor and on the first floor with a total area of 71 m² and are connected to each other by an internal staircase. An external staircase at the back of the building leads to the basement, which is open-plan, approximately 25 m² and has a pressure washer and backup water tank.

The main entrance opens onto the ground floor, into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has enough cupboards, all necessary electrical appliances as well as storage space under the staircase. In the middle of the stairs is the WC for the visitors, which is used by the ground floor. Going upstairs we find a short hall that leads to a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms as well as an eastern balcony that faces inside the complex. The two bedrooms have comfortable fitted wardrobes and face west to the rear of the building, with balconies that offer views of the ridge of the White Mountains and the surrounding hills.

The residence is in excellent condition and is a very good choice as a country residence. The area is verdant and the complex is in a quiet spot on the edge of the village, from where only few cars pass and you can only hear the sounds of nature. Within 10 minutes' drive, there are the small town of Vamos and the seaside village of Georgioupolis, where you will find all kinds of shops and services that you need for your daily living. Among other things, there is a public, free medical center in Vamos while in Georgioupolis we find a long, sandy beach with areas with facilities or quieter spaces. The city and airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively. The picturesque city of Rethymnon is also about 30 minutes' drive.
