The residence is in excellent condition and is a very good choice as a country residence. The area is verdant and the complex is in a quiet spot on the edge of the village, from where only few cars pass and you can only hear the sounds of nature. Within 10 minutes' drive, there are the small town of Vamos and the seaside village of Georgioupolis, where you will find all kinds of shops and services that you need for your daily living. Among other things, there is a public, free medical center in Vamos while in Georgioupolis we find a long, sandy beach with areas with facilities or quieter spaces. The city and airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively. The picturesque city of Rethymnon is also about 30 minutes' drive.
