    As an exchange student from France I was so glad to be able to find a place this well situated. I can get a quick access to the city centre, easy access to transport. The streets are clean, people are nice and I have every necessity really close to me.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Great, always helping you with a smile. Always had a solution for any issued.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I love the fact that I discovered that they were organising events for the residents such a nice surprise.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Its a safe and good quality accommodation. Trams, Ubers are easy to locate. The street is quiet and people mind their own business. Very well behaved community, parking usually available on street throughout the day, near by buildings like the trilogy and others have their parking spaces. Collections are super convenient, Asda,co-op etc for groceries’ Amazon, ikea deliveries come atop. The loading unloading part of road is spacious and accommodates several vans in one time.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very diligent and considerate. I can relate that my delivery for bed was late and the management lent me mattresses (good ones) to use until my bed arrived.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Any heavy deliveries, it’s best to be on spot and inform concierge. Any issue you find with property, immediately update in the building link app. In fact, install it before moving in.

    Good area. Garages, shops, tram, Schools are all close by. Tram is very close, makes commuting easier

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very efficient, especially Funmi who does a really good night duty. Handover was smooth. Thanks to Keisha.

    Nothing that I’m aware of. It was overall good experience.

    All ranges and quality in terms of standard of living as well as fulfilling daily requirements have all been provided and highly accessible. Local shops, restaurants, and transport terminals are close by and extremely convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management provide prompt and accurate response to any problems and issues raised allowing for swift solution provision to any tenant’s concerns.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The one thing I wish I knew before I moved in was how rewarding the view from the apartment is. Looking out the window at the landscape and being able to spot flying planes is beautiful.

    There are a few local shops less than 5 mins away, like the pizza shop and the Chinese take away shop almost opposite the building, the Tesco, Aldi etc.

    The building management has always responded to any problems quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How nice the staffs are and it so good that one can make use of the vending machine anytime.
