The Seller’s view - REFURBISHING the kitchen, living room and both bathrooms should mean little expense for the next homeowner. Both sets of patio doors lead fantastically on to our sun trap garden. Over the years being able to keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen has provided peace of mind. Our fifth bedroom also looks out to the garden which I use as my home office, but with an en suite attached it makes a perfect room for elderly relatives. I'm not a keen gardener so our garden is ideal, as it is very low maintenance, our private gate into the WOODS feels likes an extension to our garden. The utility space is incredibly convenient for keeping the house tidy and has plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood flooring throughout the house helps me keep one top of the dust and will be deal for anyone with allergies.

Ricky’s view - With off street parking for multiple vehicles and a garage, a porch and wisteria provides fantastic curb appeal. A large welcoming hallway provides access to all reception rooms and the kitchen, my favourite room, it benefits of the room include stunning modern grey tiles, handmade wooden cabinetry, concrete countertops and butler sink. The dining space would comfortably HOST TEN at Christmas and is adjacent to the outside patio area for BBQ's. A short walk to the shops is useful when you've ran out of an ingredient or missed something off the shopping list. Chells Manor Shops are round the corner and has a Fish and Chip takeaway and Indian, both a lovely treat. They're located on the same parade of shops where you will find the pharmacy, doctors and community centre as well. Plenty of open GREEN SPACES are on your door step too, excellent for morning/evening strolls which hosts many dog walkers and runners. Growing up round the corner myself, I know how quiet the turning is, the neighbourhood is very friendly.
