Permit parking is in place further up in Daniell Road and transport links are excellent with regular buses and the mainline train station a short walk away. School provision locally is good with both primary and secondary schools nearby and all of the city amenities are close at hand. There's a very popular farmers market on Lemon Quay where The Hall For Cornwall is also situated. The Hall For Cornwall is Truro's state of the art theatre.
