The dual aspect sitting room has built in shelving either side of the stone chimney breast and a fireplace with a log burner while another reception room, with a beam over the fireplace, could be a study/dining room or double bedroom as it has a trendy en suite shower.

Stairs with ornate newel posts lead to the galleried landing with access to a stunning modern family bathroom and two double bedrooms with partially vaulted ceilings including the one with fitted cupboards and the master with a fireplace.

The large terrace leads to a lawn with flower beds and trees surrounded by high hedging. There is a side path flanked by clipped hedges and solid wood gates on either side of the property leading to the driveway.

Although we are surrounded by the countryside, we are only a couple of miles from the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells while the A21/M25 is easily accessible. This historic town includes high street stores, independent shops, bars and restaurants, hotels, theatres, a cinema complex, retail parks and a station with trains that will get you to London within an hour. There a variety of sports clubs including the Neville Golf Club and numerous primary and secondary schools rated Outstanding by Ofsted as well as a variety of excellent private schools.
