Bills:
Electricity Bill - Studio: £140pcm, 1 Bed: £155pcm, 2 Bed: £190pcm (if you use more than the expected amount, we will charge you, if you use less than we will reimburse you; quarterly).
Water Bill - Estimated to be approximately £25 to £30 per month (dependent on usage)
Council Tax Band - Studio: A or B, 1 Bed: A or B, 2 Bed: C or D.

WiFi is 50mbps and is included with each apartment.
Pets are welcome at £20pcm.
Bicycle storage is available free of charge, we do not offer parking.

Tenancies are 12 month long fixed contracts. Included in your tenancy agreement will be a break clause allowing you end your tenancy at 6 months or after as long as you have given 2 months written notice.

Tenants joint annual income from salaried employment out of probation in the UK must be *your rent* x 12 x 2.5 - If your income does not meet this or you have an active IVA, you will be required to have a guarantor or to pay 6 months upfront. A guarantor must be a UK homeowner and earn (in the UK) 3x the annual cost of your apartment. We do not accept company guarantors, e.g., Housing Hand.

We offer 2 deposit options:

We offer a Zero Deposit Scheme with Flatfair where each tenant pays an initial admin charge of £24 at the beginning of your tenancy, then at the end of the tenancy you are responsible for paying any damage costs/repairs that may need doing.

We also have MyDeposit which is one months' rent and is kept in a secure government scheme, which you get back at the end of the tenancy minus any damage costs.

Please note if you have any active CCJs in your name, active rental arrears from previous tenancies, are currently in tenancy and haven't given notice to end it within 2 months, or plan to provide fraudulent documentation you will fail referencing so please do not submit an application if this is the case.
