Nearby is a popular farm shop and café, plus other amenities can be found in the nearby villages of Wellow, Hinton Charterhouse and Beckington. Also within close proximity is the fashionable hotel and members club, Babington House. The village is equidistant to historic and vibrant Bath and fashionable Frome, both accessed by a regular bus service. It is 7.2 miles to Bath Spa Railway Station, 6.8 miles to Frome, 9 miles to Westbury Station and 5.9 miles to Bradford on Avon Station.
