I have lived at this current address since 1982 but also lived at two other addresses prior to this in the local area. Not only does the location of the house allow for a short commute to Gatwick, my place of work, but is also close to other amenities. Public open spaces is one great asset that starts very near the house and were enjoyed by myself and my children whilst they were growing up. If you walk or cycle it is easy to get around on designated paths or failing that a regular bus service runs into the town from the end of the road next to the local shops. If you want to go further afield a nearby disused railway line can take you into the countryside, East Grinstead and beyond. Three Bridges Station which is on the Victoria/Brighton line speaks for itself and is only a 20/25 minute walk away, oh and is also on the bus route. Local schools are any easy walk either junior or secondary. No shortage of major supermarkets in the town with one reasonably close along with a Nuffield gym being within a short walk.

I have been very happy in this house and the local area surrounded by good friends and neighbours who have pride in maintaining a nice area to live.

Junction 10 of the M23, giving great access to either London or Brighton, will only take you 7 minutes to drive there.
