This could provide storage, or potentially development opportunities - subject to planning permission. There is also a garage, one large shed and two smaller sheds. Furthermore there is a third garden area - wall garden to the right hand side of the yard. Cockfield is a popular village that features a good selection of local amenities that include a garage, convenience sized supermarket, pharmacy and doctors surgery, a couple of pubs and food outlets, a Primary school rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and is surrounded by the fell which is perfect for walks. The village is also well served with bus links that provide connections to not only Bishop Auckland, but also Spennymoor, Durham city and beyond.
