Location - Located just under 2 miles from the historic market town of Bridgnorth, this quiet, semi rural Shropshire village is bordered by the River Severn and the vintage Severn Valley Steam Railway. The area presents an abundance of countryside activities for the outdoor enthusiasts to include walking, cycling, sailing on Chelmarsh reservoir as well as fishing and kayaking down the river Severn. There is a community village hall and the nearby Astbury golf course with its bar and restaurant, both of which host many events throughout the year. The thriving Town of Bridgnorth hosts a full selection of schooling and shopping along with many pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Outside - A tarmac driveway to the front provides good off road parking with lawned fore garden. Side access leads around to a pleasant rear garden, with a patio terrace and lawned garden beyond enclosed by a fence boundary backing onto neighbouring fields.
