Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

Recently built in 2022 this stunning home forms part of a modern development on the fringes of the delightful Tattenhall village and thanks to its position the rear garden and patio back on to open fields providing countryside views and plenty of sunshine.

The home has thankfully been very well cared for over the last couple of years and enjoys all the benefits a modern home offers with excellent energy efficiency and modern fixings throughout. The excellent levels of finish combined with no onwards chain provides a great opportunity for anyone looking for a quick, hassle free move to a home which can be enjoyed straight away.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom toilet and under stairs storage, living room and at the rear a kitchen dining room with double doors which open out onto the rear patio. The first floor houses the three bedrooms where the principle enjoys an en suite shower room and the spare double and single bedrooms are both served by the family bathroom with full size bath and shower fixing above.

The driveway to the front provides parking for two cars with a small front garden and pathway leading through the back of the property.

With so many features of merit this property is sure to impress so for a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
