Coming from Barnstaple on the A361, at the roundabout, just after the Murco garage, take the first exit on to Vellator Way. At the next roundabout take the first exit again and continue along a short distance and take the turning left into Velator Close. Half way up this road, you will see another turn left, take this, into Velator Drive. At the end of the road, you will see number 9 to the left of you.
