The cost of the surveyor and the hassle & charges included in the preparation and presentation of the huge amount of paperwork necessary to acquire the building license for the property are all taken care of for our clients.

Once the building is complete, the documents required for the License of First Occupancy, necessary not only to connect the build to mains services but to legalise the property are prepared for you and presented to your solicitor in order to finally complete the whole process in the notary.
