In Bedroom 2, you'll find another comfortable double bed with a bedside table and lamp, and clothes rack with hangers. The room is thoughtfully designed for a peaceful night's sleep
Bedroom 3 is perfect for families or groups of friends, with a double bed and bunk bed that can accommodate 2 guests. All beds are comfortable with plush pillows and cushions to ensure everyone has a good night's rest. There is also a bedside table with a lamp and a table and chair that can be used as a workspace or dresser
The kitchen and living area are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen features a hob, oven, coffee machine, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. You'll also find basic cooking supplies, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. A microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, and washer are also available for your use. There are even foldable chairs and a table available for additional dining space

How to book with Livinc
Submit an enquiry - use the form to the right and a Livinc Agent will contact you within 24 hours confirming availability and a bookable quote. Please check your junk mail if you've received no response
Confirm the booking - confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day - once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that's left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy
Check-in is at 3:00 pm check-out is at 10:00 am
Payment -Less than 30 days - we'll need payment in full at the time of booking more than 30 days- the first 30 days need to be paid at the time of booking, and the rest should be paid 2 weeks in advance
Cancellation-Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
