Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with the main bedroom having a large ensuite bathroom and view over the communal grounds and beyond to the open countyside. Like the living room this bedroom has a lovely view out the rear of the property. The large living room has a white fire surround with electric fire set within and a very large fitted mirror. Glazed windows and French doors lead into the sun room which the vendors mother had the outer wall lowered and a larger picture window installed so you can enjoy the panoramic view whilst seated, there are lovely views across the grounds and over open countryside with some sea glimpses down to Polzeath. An archway leads into the dining area and a second arch leads into the Kitchen where there is a fridge freezer, electric double oven with hob and extractor above. There is a washing machine in the cupboard in the shower room.

The central heating is provided by a centralized biomass pellet boiler providing hot water and wet central heating to all of the properties in the complex. Each property has its own meter and programmer so occupants only pay for what they use but have the peace of mind that the maintenance and repair is organized and paid for by the nursing home. A service fee of approximately £109.00  a month provides maintenance of gardens, communal grounds and lighting. It also covers external maintenance to the properties, sweeping paths, cleaning gutters and windows, collecting rubbish and maintenance of shared sewage system. The nearby nursing home can offer occupants additional services if required.
