Set just beneath the Pleney ski slopes in a calm area that that is well positioned to access both Morzine and Les Gets in just a few minutes by car. You can ski back to the chalet from the lifts in winter and easily ride home after a day mountain biking.

You walk into a large entrance hall with tall cupboards opposite open shelves and drawers providing plenty of room for coats, shoes and space for the many items necessary in an active mountain life with a family.

The living room is spacious and well laid out to provide distinct areas for relaxing near the fire, eating a good meal next to the open kitchen. Sliding doors open on to a covered dining area that will be very pleasant when the temperature starts to rise. Fronted by glass sliding doors and large single pane windows it has plenty of natural light.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one with dressing room and ensuite, and one with a separate bathroom.

The lower floor has three bedrooms, one of which is set up to modulate to a games and TV room. The floor has two bathrooms, separate toilet, a utility room, a technical room and a storage room.

Outside, a driveway approach to the chalet has space for several cars and also has a covered parking area.

Either side of the lower section of the chalet are two garages, one open fronted and one with a electric roller blind, prefect for bike and equipment storage.
