Fluorish and Atomeca are really good. I don't like Salvi's due to an overpriced menu and quality of food (pizza completely burned). Never try Kitten and Chit 'n chat. The area is perfect for the transport links and no traffic noise at all. About anti-social behaviour, unfortunately, a lot of rude people leave garbage everywhere. Unacceptable the condition of the river. I've asked to the city council to take an action for cleaning the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is really professional and problem solving oriented.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Suggestion to potential tenant: try to get the viewing of the apt type that you want to rent. Sometimes you visit a different apt.

Great transport links, friendly neighbours parks and shops close by,especially good very safe welcome community
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management usually respond quickly and professionally to issues. Most problems are resolved in a reasonable time, though occasionall delays can happen with larger repairs.specially concierge Ali who always help us.overall they are helpful and approachable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I m glad I knew how convenient the location is everything from shops to transport a short walk away.

One of the good aspects is that it's a very convenient place to live.there are plenty of shop,supermarkets,and restaurants nearby,

When I have reported issues,they have usually been addressed within a reasonable time frame communication is clear,and I appreciate that they are approachable and easy to contact when needed,

Everything I need -like shops public transport and parks is just a short walk away.

Fantastic location with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and open spaces. It is also very close to the tram stop, which is convenient.

We have not had any issues so far, but the process has been explained in detail by Rasheed.
