The remaining 60% is glazed to allow the area to be used all year around as a second lounge and dining room.... however the glass curtains can all be retracted to make the room totally open when needed. The property continues to impress as you enter. The first thing you notice is the high vaulted ceiling across the width of the property. The master bedroom has a new en-suite shower room and the vendors have used bedroom 2 as a dressing room with the added benefit of a sauna (included in the sales price). Bedroom 3 is also used as a storage space. All bedrooms are doubles. To complete the upper level you will find a guest bathroom. Both guest and master en-suite bathrooms have been totally renovated.

The remaining 3 levels are the garden level 1 with many fruit trees, raised vegetable beds, chicken coupe and fruit trees, the next level up is a useful area for guests to park their cars and the pool level (more of that later) and the top level is where you will find the villa, shaded parking and two pretty "secret" gardens.

The pool level is of course the center of attention with the 32m2 private swimming pool with glistening crystal clear blue water and the lovely large pool sunbathing terrace with feature lighting and solar hot water pool shower. Next to the pool terrace you will find the summer kitchen and BBQ area in a lovely wooden pergola.

The property is fully fenced and connected to mains water, mains electricity, *solar system ensuring no more expensive electricity bills and reliable internet. The villa has a centralised hot and cold air conditioning system. The villa is being sold unfurnished however the vendors are happy to negotiate separately regarding the furniture.

Summary:

Often agents will say a property needs to be seen to be fully appreciated, however in this case I think it is really true.
