Straight ahead is the sitting/dining room, which is a generous, sociable and spacious room, currently arranged with a large dining table and sofa suite. It also features a bay window to the front aspect, which allows the room to flood with light, while also adding a little character to this modern apartment. The upgraded kitchen is accessed from the reception room and is fitted with a variety of wall and base units and drawers. There is space for a washing machine and built in counter high fridge and separate counter high freezer, while there is also a fitted electric oven with gas hob and extractor canopy over. A boiler mounts the wall and a stainless steel sink/drainer slots underneath the window overlooking the communal gardens.

Outside & Parking

Parking is provided for aplenty, with unallocated bays directly outside the apartment door, and also two unrestricted car parks at either end of the building. Private communal gardens are behind the building, and are largely laid to lawn. A great space to enjoy for get-togethers in the summer months, and all maintained as part of the service charges of which are outlined below.
