I bought in Royal Wharf because I wanted something that did not feel like central London but was close by, as it only takes 20-30 minutes from my front door to Canary Wharf or the city. Everything I need is on site and within walking distance, which is perfect when I work hybrid and long hours. Also having lived in London for well over a decade, I can't name a cleaner and safer community than the one here in Royal Wharf. Having the River Thames by your doorstep is an added luxury that few other areas offer.

This property has EVERYTHING on its door step; it's a short walk to Thames Barrier Park with excellent transport links (0.1miles to Pontoon Dock DLR and 0.4miles to West Silvertown DLR) and a large variety of independent stores, cafes and restaurants all located on site. Other key amenities located on site include nursery, primary school and community hall so it really is a perfect London community to live. It's ideal for the first time buyers, young professional or investors.

The Royal Docks were once the commercial hub of London with many extraordinary items being traded through them. Now you can create your own story and buy one of the extraordinary apartments at Traders' Quarter at Royal Wharf. Royal Wharf offers a variety of independent stores, cafes and restaurants within the development, 'The Clubhouse' houses the onsite residents leisure facilities including swimming pool. The property is only 0.1 miles to Pontoon Dock DLR station and is located next to Thames Barrier Park and the River Thames.
