There is always a friendly buzz of activity around with the schools, local pubs, the shops of Portland Road and the iconic Stoneham Park, which is used by so many people in the community every day. The feeling of space as our garden backs onto Stoneham Park which is why we fell in love with the house. We have loved forming friendships with our neighbours in Poet's Corner out for walks in the street, the queue for the Bakehouse or the Christmas party at the George Payne pub. We're just a 10-minute stroll from the beach too and all the new Hove seafront developments, which is just amazing. Stoneham Road has been our perfect first home in Brighton and Hove.'
