The Peter Colby Commercials Group may have its roots in haulage and logistics, but over the last decade the Property Division has expanded to become the prime force in an already successful business, incorporating St Vincents Holidings, St Vincent Operations and Norfolk and Suffolk Construction.

The department has its headquarters in Norwich, at the centre of its operation, but controls a varied portfolio of properties throughout East Anglia and beyond. In Ipswich alone, we can offer serviced office accommodation, starter units and large warehouses on established industrial estates, retail units in the centre of town and a number of attractive and versatile residential properties.

Whilst the greater part of our work is centred around this area, we manage similar properties across the East of England and Enfield and Manchester, ensuring that our company retains its commitment to furthering the interests of both new enterprises and nationally-recognised businesses in the region. Peter Colby Commercials believes in creating and sustaining employment, and so is also involved in several major development projects around Norfolk and Suffolk. The most notable of these is the Hadleigh Road Business Centre in Ipswich, where eighteen acres of prime development land have been purchased by the group with the aim of generating employment and attracting new investment to the area.
