Our client has three daughters, and when he was house hunting 27 years ago, it was the size of the house that attracted him to number 326. There are four double bedrooms, which meant everyone could have their own room.

The location was perfect as it’s in the catchment area for high-performing schools, and he loves the open views across the playing field. Access to the city centre and countryside is easy, with a bus stop yards away. The family also really enjoyed being able to walk to Crosspool, Crookes or Broomhill, depending on what shop, cafe or restaurant they wanted to visit.

The entrance to the property is at the front and brings you into the hallway. From here there is access to the lounge, dining room and stairs to the upper floors. The lounge is spacious with a bay window and chimney breast.

Crosspool is an incredibly popular suburb west of Sheffield City Centre. Another attractive feature is the local schools that are rather good and outstanding by Ofsted for all ages.
