It is rare for a property with this amount of river frontage, including a large reed-bed, to enter the market. The reed-bed was last in production approximately eleven years ago. Durrants understands it could be brought back into production within two to three years. We also understand that the land has a green footprint, with no chemicals used on the land in the last thirty years. There is an abundance of wildlife, Chinese water deer and many species of birds. An added bonus is the property has its own private water supply via a bore hole. So no water bills a plus when bills are constantly going up.

Directions:
Heading out of Beccles via Northgate, take the left hand fork signposted Gillingham. Proceed into the village & through it. Take the left turn onto the A143. At the McDonald's roundabout, take the right hand fork signposted Great Yarmouth. Take the first turn signposted Thurlton. Proceed to the end of the road. At the junction, turn right & then immediately left, signposted Thurlton.
Upon reaching Norton Subcourse (which is joined to Thurlton), follow the road around to the right. This is Low Road.
Carry on this road. Upon reaching New Road, on the left hand side, take the track opposite called New Dam. Follow this road, including telephoning for permission to cross the railway line, utilising the telephone box by the railway line. The property will be in front of you.

Durrants Estate Agents in Beccles are experts in helping you buy, sell, rent or let residential, agricultural and commercial property. Our Beccles branch also covers surrounding villages including Worlingham, Aldeby, Ilketshall St. Andrew and many more.

We have been providing property expertise since 1853. Whether you're looking for a new home, some land to build one on, or the location for a new business, Durrants does the hard work for you.

Our key to success is combining the latest in technology and property marketing techniques with the traditional values of loyalty, transparency and mutual trust upon which the company was originally founded.

Durrants' dedication to customer care is what separates us from other agents and is why our sale fall-through rate is so much lower than the national average. We regularly call with feedback from viewings and offer honest advice if we feel improvements can be made to encourage a sale.

We also have in-house access to a range of professional and qualified experts that can help you whatever your property plan may be.
