Sainsbury's, Pets At Home, Halfords, Rightway, a filling station and other superstores are also a 5 minute drive and in addition to that is a substantial new COOP, the popular Rake and Pikel Inn and an excellent hairdresser right on the edge of neighbouring Saighton where you will also find a post office in the garden centre. There are also Chinese and Indian takeaways close by.

There are two ways to get inside number 5 - either through the kitchen which is to the drive way side when you return home in your car or the front door that opens into an entrance vestibule which will then take you through to the lounge. The lounge is a good sized room that enjoys a pleasing outlook over the front garden and there is a stone/marble effect surround with a gas connection for a living flame gas fire that is sure to create a warm ambience in the colder times. Glazed doors open onto the patio on warmer doors and further doors lead to the kitchen and to the inner hall where the bedrooms and shower room are.

The kitchen has only just been fitted with this attractive range of shaker style units with timber effect surfaces. The preparation and washing area enjoys a pleasant outlook over the front garden and the neighbourhood while the cooking station has been set against the back wall and comprises of a fan assisted oven, a four ring electric/induction hob and stainless steel extractor that is waiting to be unwrapped. The kitchen benefits from a built-in low-level cupboard with double doors and a further eye level cupboard which is where the brand new combi boiler has been sited.

Returning to the lounge and the inner hall from there leads to the main bedroom that overlooks the back garden. It is a really good-sized room that allows flexibility when positioning furniture and there seems to be plenty of space for it too. Bedroom two is also a double, though this time is side facing. This room benefits from a built-in higher-level wardrobe that might be fitted with a retractable clothes rail.

The shower room has been fully tiled floor to ceiling and should appeal to any buyer being a neutral style. There is a corner glass cubicle with glazed double doors and an electric shower for instant hot water when you want it. A wash basin with chrome mixer tap feeds off the combi boiler for instant hot water and a low-level WC makes up the suite.

Moving outside and the garden could be described as surprising. It is a good size yet relatively low maintenance without being too large to easily manage and comes in three sections. The main section has been laid to lawn and is bordered with a variety of mature plants and shrubs. There is then the patio that we mentioned earlier which has been laid to a coloured flag, but in addition is this third useful space set behind the garage which could make a nice sitting area.
