Along the hall, the kitchen is fitted with classically styled wall and base cabinets, workspace, and splashback tiling, alongside an integrated oven, hob, and extractor fan. A freestanding fridge/freezer and undercounter washing machine are also included.
The flat’s two double bedrooms are spacious and airy, and they both continue the attractive presentation of the preceding accommodation with neutral décor and feature walls, as well as fitted carpets for optimum comfort underfoot. The bigger bedroom has a large recess which would be ideal as a dressing room or study area, and it also features an Edinburgh press. Finally, a bathroom completes the accommodation on offer and comprises a bath with an overhead shower, a pedestal basin, and a WC. Gas central heating and double glazing ensure year-round comfort and efficiency.
Externally, the flat enjoys access to a large shared garden with a low-maintenance paved area and a large drying green with a leafy border of trees, whilst unrestricted on-street parking can be found on Galloway Place.

Saltcoats
Saltcoats is a popular seaside town with a rich history. The town’s name is derived from the salt panning industry that was established there by King James V in the 1500s, whilst the origins of the area stretch back even further to the 1200s when it was used for its coastal coal seams. Today, Saltcoats is better known for its picturesque sandy beaches and quaint harbour. It forms part of the ‘three towns’ alongside its neighbours Ardrossan and Stevenston. Never far from amenities, the area caters to all your daily needs with an excellent range of convenience stores, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also lots of bars and cafés, as well as restaurants and takeaways to choose from. The beautiful coastline the town sits upon offers a wealth of long sandy beaches and ample opportunities for watersports and sailing. There is also a stunning coastal path, which is perfect for dog walkers, runners, and cyclists. In addition, the town offers ample opportunities to escape to the surrounding countryside and just a 30 minutes’ drive away there is Scotland’s largest regional park to explore at Clyde Muirshiel. Recreational facilities closer to home include a cinema, a skate park, and a leisure centre which houses an ice rink, a 25m swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art gym. There are several golf courses in and around the surrounding area too. Education is provided for all ages locally, with an excellent range of primary and secondary schools. Saltcoats also benefits from excellent transport links, with frequent buses to neighbouring towns and a train station for travel across Scotland. Whether by car or train, Glasgow can be reached in under an hour and neighbouring Ardrossan provides a regular ferry service to the Isle of Arran for picturesque day trips.
