Charmante maison de 3 chambres a l'oree du village de Nanteuil-en-Vallee et tout accessible a pied. Un rafraichissement general est necessaire mais la maison est habitable de suite. A l'exterieur, un beau jardin avec puits et un grange metallique de 150m2 et assez haut pour y proteger un camping car. La maison est une ancienne maison garde-barriere et a aussi ete une ancienne station service (le terrain a bien sûr ete assaini et les cuve neutralises).
